Senior Caregiver

Job Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship through conversation, help with hobbies, meal preparation, and more
• Aid with diet monitoring, walking, personal hygiene care, and other activities of daily living
• Support non-medical care needs including normal aging challenges and hospital recovery

Job Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license, valid auto insurance, own reliable transportation, clean driving record, and willingness to drive a reasonable distance
• One year of field experience as a PCA, CNA, or Home Health Aide preferred but training will be provided to the right candidates
• Must pass State and Federal background check and drug screen
• Must obtain TB and physical prior to starting work with us (Hiring bonus available to help with costs)
• Must obtain CPR & First Aid certifications (We can assist with this)
• Must provide 2 personal and 2 professional references
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn new skills to better serve our clients
• Proficient communication skills required
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned
