The Senior Care Liaison serves as the primary relationship builder and business development representative for Always Best Care Knoxville. This position is responsible for growing the agency through strategic community outreach, referral development, and exceptional customer service while promoting both our non-medical home care and assisted living placement services. Success in this role depends on establishing trusted relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, hospice providers, senior organizations, and other community partners.
