About the role
The Senior Capacity Program Manager will lead capacity planning and infrastructure readiness across NVIDIA's expanding compute ecosystem. Key responsibilities include developing and managing capacity forecasts, coordinating procurement and deployment, and ensuring alignment across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end capacity planning programs across internal infrastructure, navigating demand and supply uncertainties.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-range capacity forecasts to support engineering and business growth objectives.
- Develop, manage, and maintain infrastructure capacity budgets in hundreds of millions of dollars, across multiple organizations and business units.
- Cook up coordination with procurement and infrastructure deployment teams to ensure timely delivery of capacity.
- Track infrastructure delivery achievements and proactively identify risks, constraints, and dependencies.
- Establish governance mechanisms and operational reviews to drive planning accountability and forecast accuracy.
- Design and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and executive scorecards.
- Analyze forecast versus actual utilization trends and recommend optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of program management, operations, capacity planning, infrastructure or related experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs with multiple collaborators.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in forecasting, business planning, and operational reporting.
- Experience in using AI agents to automate capacity intake and create dashboards to visualize capacity metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive collaborator management skills.
- Proven ability to influence outcomes across organizations without direct authority.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting AI infrastructure, GPU clusters, HPC environments, cloud platforms, or large-scale datacenter deployments.
- Experience with infrastructure procurement, supply chain management, or capacity operations.
- Knowledge of capacity modeling, infrastructure lifecycle management, and resource optimization.
- Experience building executive dashboards and delivering business reviews for senior leadership.
- Experience leading operational transformation initiatives that improved efficiency, predictability, or scalability.
