Senior CADD Designer
About the role
Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking a Senior CADD Designer to support our group in Denver, or Colorado Springs. This position will focus on design of linear utilities, pump stations, and treatment plants for water and wastewater infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Working within Autodesk Civil 3D following internal or client driven CADD standards.
- Coinciding with design engineers to develop accurate construction drawings.
- Adhering to a specific quality control procedures.
- Developing design drawings utilizing engineering sketches.
- Completing work according to standard engineering principles and practices and compliance with company standards and quality system procedures.
- Create and document concepts, sketches, models, layouts, submittals, instructions, and complete design packages.
- Capable of designing with minimum direction.
- Perform design calculations, reports, and construction documents.
Requirements
- 10+ Years of Experience or an associate’s degree + 8 years’ experience.
- Autodesk Civil 3D proficiency.
- Proficiency Microsoft office, and other computer applications and design software.
