About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and leading projects from conception to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development and management
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Knowledge of software development best practices and standards
