Senior Buyer - Seating

About the role

The Senior Buyer will play a key role in driving material cost reductions, executing strategic sourcing initiatives, leading supplier negotiations, and managing supply chain risks.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of cost saving programs
• Manages sourcing selection of material with best-in-class cost and quality
• Negotiates long term agreements
• Develops strategies to achieve current and long-term results
• Has familiarity with commercial terms and total cost management concepts
• Able to work in a highly productive, constantly changing environment

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with minimum 3-5 years of purchasing experience and automotive cross-functional experience.
