Job Summary

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end Procurement (P2P) process across the organization. The role requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely availability of materials, services, and equipment while maintaining complete compliance with company and global procurement policies. The incumbent will also play a strategic role in optimizing procurement operations, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of Capex, Opex, services, consumables, spares, and utilities.

Education and Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business / Engineering or above
• Preferrable industry background: Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Engineering, FMCG, Utilities, or any manufacturing setup with complex procurement cycles.

Experience

• Total Experience: 8–12 years of progressive experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations within a manufacturing or process-driven industry.
• Strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes, including PR review, RFQ, negotiation, PO creation, delivery follow-ups, and invoice coordination.
• Prior experience handling procurement for Capex, Opex, Services, Consumables, Spares, Utilities, and Engineering equipment.
• Demonstrated ability in supplier identification, qualification, development, and performance evaluation.
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments, long-term contracts, rate agreements, and open PO’s.
• Experience in identifying cost-saving opportunities, redesigning supply strategies, and executing value-engineering initiatives.
• Able to understand technical requirements, convert them into procurement specifications, and align with user needs.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel / SAP or similar procurement tools.
• Able to manage multiple procurement categories simultaneously under tight timelines.

Pay

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $71,000 to $79,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
