Senior Buyer - Culinary
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the procurement for our culinary department including large industrial appliances and merchandising equipment, to small wares like spatulas, whisks, and plates.
- Collaborate with our chefs and other stakeholders (including the catering, events, facilities, and accounting teams).
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with a variety of vendors.

- Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)

About the Role
We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. The Epic culinary department serves around 12,000 meals per day to our customers, staff, and visitors. We prioritize sourcing locally whenever possible and work with a variety of purveyors, from local farmers to national wholesalers, to strike the right balance between quality, sustainability, and cost.
Location
The position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. Epic is located just outside Madison, Wisconsin, the second fastest growing market for tech talent in the United States and home to the state capital and the University of Wisconsin.
