Professional Requirements
- BS or BA in business and 5-10 years of purchasing experience in an engineering research and development environment with technical and electronic component knowledge and experience
- Full working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, GIDEP, and Government Contract requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Flexibility and follow-through
Business Process and Procedural Development
- Update existing and establish new processes within the department
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Vendor liaison expertise
- Competency with computers and software (purchasing systems, databases, spreadsheets, word processing)
- Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint software
Pay
Starting salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on level of education completed and years of relevant experience.
Schedule
Onsite at Creare in Hanover, NH and supports Brayton Energy remotely in Hampton Beach, NH.
