Senior Business Solutions Specialist

Our client, a dynamic leader in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Specialist to join their team in New York City. This role supports various business units across US and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business units, ensuring seamless communication and support.
• Conduct discovery, scoping, and requirements-gathering sessions independently to understand business needs.
• Build and maintain business systems, automations, and workflows supporting label, marketing, and release operations.
• Write specifications and requirements for integrations with internal systems.
• Lead data migrations for assigned business units, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in business/systems analysis, solutions consulting, or enterprise no-code/low-code platform administration.
• Proven ability to work independently with senior business stakeholders and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong requirements-gathering, process-mapping, and documentation skills.
• Experience with data migrations and familiarity with automation tools such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT Work, or Claude Cowork.
• Comfortable with scripting, SQL, or automation-logic, and adaptable to new platforms as workflows expand.

Pay

$70 per hour (weekly pay).
