Senior Business Operations & Financial Management Analyst with Security Clearance

About the role

This role provides financial management, acquisition reporting, and business operations support in a high-visibility acquisition environment.

Responsibilities

• Support budget planning, execution, tracking, and financial reporting
• Manage funding documents (e.g., MIPRs), expenditures, and financial records
• Develop financial reports, spend plans, and executive-level briefings
• Support acquisition reporting and business operations activities
• Utilize tools such as CCaR for financial tracking and reporting
• Cook up coordination with program offices, contracting, and financial teams
• Support Program Manager Requests (PMRs), executive meetings, and tasker management
• Ensure compliance with DoD and Space Force financial policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of DoD financial management, acquisition, or budget experience
• Experience with acquisition reporting and financial execution
• Familiarity with CCaR and financial tracking tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience supporting Space Force, SSC, NRO, or SDA
• Knowledge of PPBE and acquisition lifecycle processes
