Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Responsibilities

• Implement a comprehensive program to extract and analyze data.
• Generate reports and develop tools for various stakeholders including physicians, hospital leaders, and regulatory bodies.
• Work on value-based care initiatives and interface with Population Health leaders.
• Create and maintain data models, data marts, cubes, dashboards, and document process flows.
• Handle Per-Member-Per-Month, Case Management, Ambulatory, and Utilization Management related tasks.
• Develop revenue cycle analytics reports and tools, focusing on coding, billing, bad debt, payments, and revenue data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, or an Applied Science major.
• 3-4 years of experience in a Healthcare or Business setting.
• Expertise in advanced Excel, SQL, report building, tool development, and technical documentation.
• Experience with relational databases, data models, data visualizations, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems and basic statistical and machine learning concepts.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
