Senior Business Intelligence Developer 3 (Hospital Capacity and Patient Flow)

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting and data support for capacity and patient flow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements
• Design and develop both out-of-the-box and custom solutions
• Ensure deliverables meet established standards for completeness
• Maintain and refine dashboards and reporting tools
• Support analytic tools adoption through training and documentation
• Mentor and guide other Analytics developers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum Epic certifications in specific data models and tools
• 4+ years of recent healthcare or IT experience
• 3+ years with BI reporting tools
• 3+ years writing complex SQL queries and database design
