Senior Business Intelligence Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Architect to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape the architecture and delivery of business intelligence capabilities that support data-driven decisions across the organization. You will partner with both business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable analytics solutions that improve visibility, quality, and performance. The position also plays a key role in strengthening governance, testing standards, and data quality across BI initiatives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $106,900 – $147,000 annually Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to design and enhance business intelligence solutions Prioritize data needs and translate them into scalable analytics solutions Solve complex business problems using diverse data sources Design and optimize business intelligence architecture and processes Create testing methodologies and quality controls for BI solutions Develop governance standards and data quality metrics Research emerging technologies and build business cases for new BI solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in data analysis or business intelligence Advanced experience with large data sets in healthcare organizations Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and analytics platforms Skilled in solving complex business problems with data analysis Experience translating requirements across business and technical teams Background in designing business intelligence applications or architecture Familiarity with testing methodologies and data quality measures Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off, including holidays and parental leave Short-term and long-term disability coverage Life insurance and additional wellness opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
