About the role
As a Senior Business Development Executive, your primary duty is to manage accounts within the Southwest territory (though not limited to that region). It is preferred that you reside in this territory. The goal is to achieve your annual sales target by developing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts within the assigned sales territory.
- Achieve annual sales targets.
- Update Salesforce daily with activity for current and prospective clients, including setting up individual project opportunities.
- Prepare monthly reports from Salesforce detailing activity with current and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Prepare an annual Sales Plan.
- Participate in tradeshows, exhibits, clinical seminars, and professional organizations.
- Organize and participate in customer and potential customer visits.
- Maintain an acceptable level of knowledge of PCI’s service offerings, industry technology and trends, and customer and competitor capabilities.
- Manage personal expenses to meet budgeted allowances.
- Assist Operations and Project Management in understanding customer needs and requirements to determine project feasibility.
- Assist Operations and Project Management in understanding project requirements to ensure accurate and timely quotations.
- Negotiate quotations, CDAs (Confidential Disclosure Agreements), and MSAs (Master Service Agreements).
- Probe for “cross-sell” opportunities and forward leads to the appropriate sales counterpart for follow-up.
- Provide documents to internal teams for quote preparation, credit checks, safety hazard reviews, etc.
- Lead and prepare client QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), bringing in internal team members as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 3-10 years of related experience and/or training.
- College-level mathematical skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to perform complex tasks and knowledge of various computer programs.
- Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English fluently and accurately.
- High reasoning ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various forms.

Pay
The base salary hiring range for this position is $151,360.00 - $170,280.00, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
