Senior Business Development Consultant
Job Overview
As the Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in executing recruitment strategies that drive the growth and success of Financial Resources Group (FRG) in the Independent Advisor Network (IAN) affiliation model of LPL Financial. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top financial advisor talent both internally and externally, while effectively communicating our FRG and LPL IAN models’ unique value proposition.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain a robust recruiting pipeline of internal LPL advisor candidates through outreach initiatives driven at the firm level
- Possess the ability to prospect, source, and engage outside advisor candidates through outbound cold calls, campaigns, and responses to internal leads
- Achie target outreach goals and maintain consistent follow-up with leads
- Lead outreach campaigns aligned with the goals of FRG and IAN; actively monitor and analyze emerging trends, developments, and players across the industry landscape to generate recruiting opportunities
- Clearly articulate the benefits of affiliation with FRG and IAN, including business models, policies, and platform advantages
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track individual KPIs and understand the impact of lead flow on territory funnel and results
- Conduct virtual meetings to evaluate advisor business models and assess cultural fit and strategic alignment
- Collaborate with the VP of Enterprise Advisor Recruiting to evaluate advisors and their business
- Schedule, support, manage, and attend virtual and live due diligence visits to the FRG and IAN to address advisor questions and concerns
- Partner with Business Consultants to identify placement opportunities across the IAN network of offices
- Partner with senior members of the recruiting team for large recruiting opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting or sales experience, ideally within the financial services or wealth management industry
- Highly motivated and resilient by achieving sales targets consistently

Preferences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related areas
Pay Range
$70,967.00 - $118,347.00
