Senior Business Controller, International Business (flexible location)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to international leadership, influencing commercial decisions and investments through financial analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning to align financial targets with business strategy
• Establish and monitor performance reporting frameworks, delivering insights on key performance indicators and profitability
• Ensure compliance with finance standards and internal controls while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance
• Support transformational initiatives by building financial capability and evaluating business cases

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business controlling, FP&A, or finance business partnering, ideally in multinational settings
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics; CPA, CMA, or equivalent is advantageous
• Experience in international operations, multi-currency environments, and diverse regulatory frameworks is essential
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, demonstrating proactive and commercial acumen in dynamic settings
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to present complex data clearly for executives
• Background in evaluating investments and M&A in an industrial B2B context is required
