Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend appropriate products and services to meet clients' financial goals.
• Work closely with clients to understand their banking needs and provide solutions.
• Manage client and account information, educate clients on available products and services, and assess and attend to their banking needs.

Requirements

Strong relationship management and business development skills are essential. Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with seven or more years of relevant experience. Knowledge of credit administration, cash flow management, and business credit underwriting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and business development abilities
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
• Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting with commercial credit training preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services
• Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company

• Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic concepts

Pay

$114,750.00 - 140,250.00

Schedule

This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule with an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and flexibility to work outside the office location for the remaining days.

Sign-on Bonus

Up to $15,000 may be offered as a sign-on bonus, contingent upon qualifications and business considerations.
