Senior Business Analytics Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Analytics Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead advanced analytics initiatives within Finance, with a focus on improving planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, data-driven solutions and help shape scalable analytics capabilities that support better decision-making. You will also partner closely with Finance leaders, data teams, and senior stakeholders to move ideas from prototype through production. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,000 – $235,950 annually Responsibilities Lead analytics and AI workflow initiatives from start to finish Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to enhance workflows using data and automation Translate ambiguous challenges into structured analytical frameworks Design and build scalable data products for Finance analytics Prototype AI-enabled solutions for Finance workflows Partner with data teams to transform prototypes into production-ready solutions Define KPI frameworks for financial metrics to ensure alignment Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field 8-10+ years of experience in analytical roles such as consulting or strategic finance Advanced SQL skills with large, complex datasets Strong proficiency in BI tools like Power BI Experience with Finance planning, forecasting, and reporting processes Ability to structure complex problems and communicate findings effectively Experience in designing scalable dashboards and reporting solutions Benefits Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and automation solutions Mentoring role to develop junior analysts and enhance team capabilities Engagement with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Exposure to complex, high-impact business challenges Ability to drive efficiency and scalability in Finance operations Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
