Senior Business Analyst, Taxation - Jersey

About the role

The successful candidate will provide business analysis support across nominated projects, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with client requirements. This includes:

• Defining client needs
• Leading requirements scoping
• Preparing business requirements documentation
• Supporting technical specifications
• Managing clarifications through to delivery and client sign-off

Responsibilities

The role involves close collaboration with project managers, technical teams, test teams, and client stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting scope change management
• Aiding UAT preparation and training
• Contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery methodology

Requirements

Candidates should possess:

• A process-driven, client-focused approach
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work professionally with international clients and internal project teams

Qualifications

Experience in:

• Implementation consulting
• Software delivery
• Taxation systems or public sector technology projects

Knowledge of Jersey taxation would be considered a strong asset.
