Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will partner across supply chain, data, analytics, and technology teams to modernize business capabilities and support smarter decision-making. The position will focus on translating complex operational needs into scalable requirements, with an emphasis on end-to-end analysis across solution lifecycles. You will help shape process improvements, define measurable outcomes, and support the migration of legacy analytics into more advanced capabilities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the transition of legacy data and analytics to modern capabilities Document business and data requirements and assess model fit Identify gaps in data needs and translate them into functional requirements Assess and rationalize existing analytics for migration or retirement Develop a thorough understanding of supply chain processes Shape opportunities for improvement through data and automation Translate business opportunities into detailed use cases and measurable outcomes Qualifications 7+ years of experience in business analysis or related fields Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including SIOP and demand planning Experience leading end-to-end business analysis across solution lifecycles Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions Familiarity with modernizing data and analytics in enterprise environments Knowledge of ERP and supply chain technologies such as SAP and Oracle Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Benefits Standard work schedule Monday through Friday Office environment Collaboration with cross-functional teams Opportunities for professional growth and development Involvement in transformative projects using cutting-edge technologies Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
