Senior Business Analyst (SQL/Databricks)

We work with the latest/greatest technology and AI tools, and we are looking for a skilled BA to join our team.
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive analysis, requirements definition, and delivery support for healthcare-focused projects. The role will partner with clinical, product and technical teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories, manage the backlog in JIRA, and perform data analysis using SQL to inform decisions. The Senior BA will ensure solutions meet regulatory and clinical requirements, support testing and implementation, and mentor junior analysts.
Responsibilities
- Work with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders to elicit, document and prioritize business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Create clear, actionable user stories, epics and requirements in JIRA and maintain the product backlog lifecycle.
- Perform data analysis using SQL to validate requirements, support solution design and produce insights for decision-making.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for data platforms
