Client: Korean IT Services and IT Consulting – onsite in Plano, TX (1-year W-2 contract, up to $7,500/month DOE).
About the Role
Primary Business Analyst and on-call support for the web-based GTNE Travel Reservation and Settlement System. You will troubleshoot issues, gather user requirements, deliver training, and drive process improvements to minimize recurring problems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving system issues in the Travel system.
- Identify, document, and translate end-user technical requirements into training materials and operational documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with end users and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate across engagement teams to ensure all aspects of a task are addressed.
- Understand and apply HR/GA policies and workflows related to the Travel system.
- Clarify user needs, diagnose root causes, propose solutions, and follow up to confirm resolution.
- Support HQ with implementation, management, and optimization of new and existing Travel-system processes.
- Analyze customer requirements and tailor system usage to meet business objectives.
- Create and update operation manuals, training materials, and solution documents.
- Proactively identify process improvements based on support trends to reduce recurring issues.
- Monitor, report, and interpret system performance against operating standards.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with an IT or HR/GA focus.
- 7+ years of experience in IT support or GA/Accounting operations support.
- Experience working in matrix organizations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Excellent business analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop plans, manage risks, and organize multiple tasks.
- Willingness to challenge established practices and take calculated risks.
- Ability to prioritize customer needs and perform under pressure or in crisis situations.
- Strong time-management skills aligned with job objectives.

Pay
Up to $7,500 per month, dependent on experience.
