Senior Business Analyst - Investment Manager Services
About the role
The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Client Enablement team aligned to Public Markets clients and client services. As a Business Analyst III, you will support our existing clients, operational service teams, and new business development, and deliver standard and customized solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead new business onboarding including estimation, approach/design, systems configuration, reporting, data conversion, and automations.
- Assess, analyze client customized requests and solutions.
- Conduct and prepare gap analysis, business reason, solution definition for existing platform.
- Support technical sales and present solutions.
- Provide solutions packaging content and competitive positioning.
- Work directly with our vendors to keep up and deliver best practices out to our operations teams.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business or applicable experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of fund accounting platform implementation experience, software configuration, and data analysis preferably in the public markets industry (Mutual funds, CITs, ETFs).
- Financial Services experience in public markets industry (Mutual funds, CITs, ETFs).
- Experience with custom data integrations via flat file development, API integrations, and the delivery of standard and customized Snowflake solutions.
- Other Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Power Automate/Power BI), comfort working directly with developers on solution delivery, and FIS’s InvestOne platform.
