Senior Business Analyst, Cybersecurity
Location: Remote (Must be willing to work CST or EST hours)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract-to-Hire

About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Cybersecurity organization and support the successful deployment of enterprise security solutions across the business. This is a highly visible role that combines business analysis, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and user adoption responsibilities. The ideal candidate will excel at understanding organizational structures, gathering and translating business requirements, facilitating communication between business and technical teams, and driving successful solution rollouts. While the role supports cybersecurity initiatives, it is not a deeply technical BA position. Instead, we are seeking a skilled analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and delivery teams while leading critical workstreams from requirements through implementation, testing, and deployment.
Initial efforts will focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and physical access initiatives, including the rollout of a new enterprise badging solution and other cybersecurity-related projects.
