Senior Business Analyst (Change Management Focus)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst who thrives in autonomous environments and can independently lead initiatives from discovery through implementation. This role requires a strong background in change management, business process transformation, and system implementation. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating in complex, cross-functional environments. Extensive experience leading change initiatives and working with data-driven projects is essential. This is a hybrid role, and regular onsite collaboration with business and technical teams is critical for success. Your key responsibilities would include:Lead end-to-end business analysis efforts independently, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live supportPartner with stakeholders to identify business needs, define solutions, and drive measurable outcomesAnalyze data sets to uncover insights, validate requirements, and support strategic decision-makingLead and support change management initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, impact assessments, communication strategies, and adoption planningEvaluate and redesign business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalabilityTranslate business requirements into detailed functional and data specificationsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and leadershipFacilitate workshops, working sessions, and executive presentationsEnsure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise data strategyWe need your experience as follows:7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant senior-level responsibilityProven ability to operate independently and "take ownership" of initiatives with minimal directionExtensive experience leading or supporting enterprise-level change management initiativesDemonstrated expertise in business process analysis and transformationExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in hybrid environments with regular onsite collaborationStrong documentation, facilitation, and presentation skillsPlusses:Experience supporting finance and/or insurance functionsExposure to enterprise system implementations or large-scale transformation programsCertifications in Business Analysis or Change Management (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Prosci, etc.)
