Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead a critical enterprise system implementation initiative. This individual will serve as the primary coordinator between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels at managing multiple workstreams, and has experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), project meetings, and implementation activities. This role requires someone who can effectively drive timelines, manage risks, facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, and quickly develop subject matter expertise in the organization's business processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities for the system implementation project
• Partner with internal business stakeholders and external vendor teams to track progress, resolve issues, and drive deliverables
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution tracking, issue follow-up, and stakeholder communication
• Organize and lead working sessions, project meetings, follow-up calls, and status update meetings
• Coordinate end-user training sessions and support change management activities
• Provide regular project status reporting, including risks, dependencies, timelines, and action items
• Develop strong subject matter expertise (SME) in the product and business processes to support implementation activities effectively
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of approximately 15 stakeholders across business and technical functions

Qualifications

• Proven experience of around 3–5 years as a Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM role within system implementation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with global teams
• Experience coordinating UAT activities and vendor management
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Experience with enterprise software or operational system implementations preferred

Pay

$55–$70/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/week.
