Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of clinical trial supply logistics.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to clinical sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory affairs, clinical operations, and manufacturing to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
- Handle patient randomization and ensure accurate drug accountability and reconciliation.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of decentralised trials using IRT (Investigator-Initiated Trial Registry) systems.
- Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical trial supply logistics or related field.
- Experience with patient randomization and drug accountability systems.
- Strong understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of clinical trial protocols and procedures.
- Experience with electronic trial registration systems (eTRIMS).
- Understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills

Pay
Salary range: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum.
Schedule
