Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of clinical trial supply logistics.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to clinical sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory affairs, clinical operations, and manufacturing to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Handle patient randomization and ensure accurate drug accountability and reconciliation.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of decentralised trials using IRT (Investigator-Initiated Trial Registry) systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical trial supply logistics or related field.
  • Experience with patient randomization and drug accountability systems.
  • Strong understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of clinical trial protocols and procedures.
  • Experience with electronic trial registration systems (eTRIMS).
  • Understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with clinical trial supply logistics software.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.

Pay

Salary range: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Schedule
