Responsibilities
- Support OASN FM&C in budget planning, analysis, and reporting
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses for funded and unfunded Navy budget requests
- Produce detailed briefing decks and reports for senior leadership (SES/GS-15)
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and enterprise tools
- Apply PBIS, ADVANA, and Navy ERP expertise to support PPBE Planning & Programming
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience with Navy Budget
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to produce Pentagon-level briefing decks
- Hands-on experience creating reports, financial analyses, and executive presentations
- Deep familiarity with Navy ERP, PBIS, ADVANA, and budget formulation processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior leadership (SES/GS-15)
- Team player; willing to collaborate, mentor, and wear multiple hats
