About the role

As a Senior Producer, you’ll be actively engaged with the creative team and have confidence in handling challenging assignments to ensure that the highest standards are met while maintaining the best production values.

Responsibilities

• Run complex productions
• Be creative in execution/budgetary approach
• Review/select/recommend directors, editors, animators, etc.
• Handle foreign shoots and negotiate foreign talent
• Schedule production timetables
• Stay abreast of industry trends and new developments
• Possess a complete understanding of contractual agreements between agency, vendors and talent
• Mentor junior producers and educate co-workers in other capabilities working with the department
• Maintain a positive can-do attitude and passion for excellence even in high-pressure situations

Requirements

• Four year degree or equivalent industry experience
• 5-7 years in agency production as an agency producer
• Creativity and innovative problem solving skills
• Must have reel and examples of work
• Candidate must be open to travel as needed
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation

Pay

Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $111,100.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
