Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma 9 years applicable experience
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, design plans and specifications
  • Have a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate of Science degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or related field
  • ACI or NETTCP certifications, or ability to attain within 3-months of hiring
  • Average proficiency with MS WORD Suite
  • Hands-on experience with construction management software such as Site or Field Manager, APPIA, Procore, IPD or similar systems
  • Knowledge of Bluebeam
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills

Your Impact

Interfacing with contractors and attending meetings.

Mentoring or supervising other inspectors, on behalf of resident engineer, or project manager.

Complete daily reports, measure and calculate unit price quantities.

Cooking independent material sampling and testing.

Cooking coordinate independent material sampling and testing.

Monitoring maintenance of traffic.

Taking and compiling photographs, for tracking of daily progress.

Helping update red-line drawings using Bluebeam.
