About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to drive the strategic direction of brand marketing initiatives that strengthen market presence and build long-term brand equity. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple channels and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end brand marketing campaigns, from strategy and planning through execution and performance analysis.
• Manage and mentor a team of brand marketers, setting clear goals and ensuring high-quality output.
• Partner with product, sales, and communications teams to align brand messaging with go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee brand research initiatives, including customer surveys, focus groups, and market studies.
• Monitor brand health metrics and report on brand awareness, perception, and sentiment trends.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing communications.
• Demonstrated experience leading brand campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret brand health data and market research.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and project management tools.
