Senior Brand Designer

Position Summary

HBK is seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Brand Designer to join our dynamic Marketing & Growth team. This role is critical to elevating our visual communications across all channels and supporting our upcoming brand refresh initiative.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 4-6 years of professional design experience, preferably in professional services, B2B marketing, or agency environment
• Demonstrated experience with brand development, identity systems, or brand refresh initiatives
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for both digital and print media
• Proficiency in creating production-ready files for various output methods
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail with commitment to producing error-free, polished work
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present and defend creative concepts
• Collaborative mindset with ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively
• Strategic thinking with understanding of how design supports business objectives
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently while also contributing to team success

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphics or video editing capabilities
• Proficiency in Figma or other design system tools
• Advanced PowerPoint or presentation design skills
• Experience with social media content creation and platform specifications
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CMS (WordPress)
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
