About the Role

The Senior Branch Office Administrator (Sr. BOA) teams up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. As a Sr. BOA, you will provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of financial advisors, playing a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; respond to inquiries and resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members
  • Learn and understand the financial services industry, including account opening, handling account transfers, and processing account transactions
  • Prepare documentation and maintain accurate client records
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives
  • Streamline processes by updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan
  • Utilize technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm-provided software

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related financial services, banking, or legal experience with demonstrated job progression and responsibility
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Adaptability and conversational skills
  • Proficiency in digital tool utilization and willingness to learn new technology
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team

Pay

The hiring minimum and maximum range shown is a subset of the total pay range. There is also an opportunity for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the Sr. BOA role. Compensation includes bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, along with individual performance.
