Key Responsibilities
- Perform service calls and inspections on boiler systems
- Troubleshoot and repair Cleaver-Brooks and other boiler equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system start-ups
- Recommend repairs and upgrades to customers
- Train and lead junior technicians
- Ensure safety compliance and documentation
Qualifications
- Experience with Cleaver-Brooks equipment is required
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanically inclined and self-motivated
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to pass drug and background checks
