About the role
We are looking to hire a Senior Board Test Engineer who will work in the Test Solutions Group at NVIDIA developing manufacturing GPU/CPU test solutions for Data Center products.
Responsibilities
- Define manufacturing test solutions that translate into methodologies and processes applicable across Board and System product segments.
- Develop test strategies for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.
- Support the development of test content and solutions in Python.
- Collaborate with different teams to develop GPU and CPU testing coverage, including HW Design, Quality, Software Development.
- Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to improve production efficiency.
- Contribute to our automated Diag generation and validation infrastructure.
- Review and provide feedback for DFT in the early design stages.
- Debug complex hardware and software issues at our manufacturing locations in the US, Mexico and Taiwan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with post-silicon validation experience in Board or System products.
- Experience working with manufacturing test programs at platform level.
- Background with Python programming and bash scripting.
- Experience working with different board or system level products.
- Solid Knowledge of IPMI, PCIE, BMC, and Thermal Solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to travel, as needed.

Pay
Base salary range is $132,000 - $207,000 for Level 3, and $152,000 - $253,000 for Level 4.
Schedule
This role could exceed 30% travel for certain projects.
