About the role

Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is clinician-owned and clinician-operated, which means we understand what clinicians need to do their best work. We're committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our patients while creating a supportive, collaborative environment where our clinical team can thrive. At Reliant ABA, we're more than just another ABA provider — we're a passionate community dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families throughout Cypress, Katy, and Richmond, Texas. Our clinicians work with children from birth through age 12, helping them build meaningful skills in communication, behavior, social interaction, independence, and emotional well-being through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis. And because great care goes beyond one discipline, our BCBAs have the opportunity to provide truly holistic, wraparound care by collaborating with our Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy teams. A Supportive Clinical Community You shouldn't have to choose between doing meaningful work and feeling supported at work. At Reliant, you'll be surrounded by clinicians who understand the challenges and rewards of ABA. Collaboration, communication, and teamwork are at the heart of our culture, and every team member's contribution matters. Work That Truly Matters As a Sr. BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful changes for children and their families.
