Senior BMS
Fixed term contract for maternity leave cover
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Senior BMS to cover maternity leave in our Cervical Screening Department in Central London.
Responsibilities
- Support the Service Lead in delivering a high quality service, meeting contractural performance indicators and management of staff and facilities in line with HSL policies and procedures.
- Support the Quality Manager in the administration, monitoring and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) throughout Cervical Screening Department (CSL), and represent the department and business at internal and external meetings with a variety of stakeholders.
- The ability to communicate in an appropriate format with a variety of stakeholders is essential.
- A team player who is able to work autonomously to build internal and external relationships as required, and a desire to motivate and inspire others to perform at their highest level.
Requirements
This is a 5 month fixed term contract.
