We need to output HTML fragment only, with sections using

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove compliance note? It's about on-site schedule; maybe schedule info. Security clearance requirement note: "Security Clearance Requirement None" maybe not needed? It's a statement; but it's not boilerplate? Might be considered metadata; but we can include in a short paragraph maybe under Requirements? However we must not create sections with filler. We need to decide which sections to include. Content: - Intro paragraph: "In a world of possibilities, pursue one with endless opportunities. Imagine Next! At Parsons, you can imagine a career where you thrive, work with exceptional people, and be yourself. Guided by our leadership vision of valuing people, embracing agility, and fostering growth, we cultivate an innovative culture that empowers you to achieve your full potential. Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible." This is generic marketing fluff; could be considered boilerplate? It's not specific to role. Might be considered fluff but not prohibited. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This intro is not those; we can keep as a

maybe under About the role? Usually About the role section includes description. We'll put that as About the role. - Job Description paragraph: "Parsons is seeking a Senior Bioinformatics Analyst/Engineer to develop and apply computational methods supporting infectious-disease genomics, pathogen surveillance, emerging-threat response, and fieldable bioinformatics at NMRC BDRD. The selected candidate will work across scientific and software disciplines to analyze NGS data, build and validate automated workflows, improve analytical methods, and support deployment of bioinformatics capabilities in laboratory and field environments." This is role description; could be part of About the role. - Then "What You’ll Be Doing" list: bullet points. That's Responsibilities. - Then "What Required Skills You’ll Bring": list of requirements (education, experience, skills). That's Requirements/Qualifications. Could split into Requirements (experience) and Qualifications (education). But we can combine. - Then "What Desired Skills You’ll Bring": list of desired skills/experience. That's Skills (desired). Could be Skills section. - Then "Compliance Note": about on-site work schedule at Fort Detrick, participation in assigned rotational reach-back coverage may be required outside normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays. That's Schedule info. - Then "Security Clearance Requirement None": maybe not needed; but it's a statement that clearance not required? Actually says "Security Clearance Requirement None". Could be part of Requirements? But it's a note; we could include in a short paragraph maybe under Requirements? However it's not substantive? It's a requirement that no clearance needed? Might be considered metadata; but we can include as a short p. - Then "This position is part of our Federal Solutions team..." paragraph about company; could be About the role or maybe not needed. It's generic marketing; maybe we can keep as part of About the role. - Then Salary Range: "$103,500.00 - $181,100.00". That's Pay. - Then benefits paragraph: "We value our employees and want our employees to take care of their overall wellbeing, which is why we offer best-in-class benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, and holidays to fit your busy lifestyle!" That's Benefits. - Then EEO statement: remove. - Then fraud warning: remove. Thus sections: About the role (intro + job description + maybe Federal Solutions paragraph), Responsibilities (What You’ll Be Doing list), Requirements (Required Skills list), Qualifications? Could combine Requirements and Qualifications but we have both required and desired; maybe Requirements for required, Skills for desired. Qualifications maybe not needed if we don't have separate. But we could have Qualifications for education/degrees etc. However required skills list includes education and experience; we could split: Qualifications: Ph.D. or master’s degree... Requirements: At least seven years... etc. But instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine required and desired into Requirements and Skills sections. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We have Pay (salary range), Benefits (benefits list), Schedule (compliance note about on-site schedule and reach-back coverage). So we can include those. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content. Thus final HTML:

    About the role

    Requirements

    • Ph.D. or master’s degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science combined with biology or bioinformatics experience, or a closely related field.
    • At least seven years of hands-on bioinformatics experience.
    • Demonstrable multiyear experience in computer science, genomics, bioinformatics, and computational biology.
    • Expert programming skills using languages and tools such as Java, Perl, Python, and R.

    • Availability for national and international travel of up to two to four weeks.
    • U.S. citizenship due to federal contract requirements.
    • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and Government access.

    • Dental
    • Vision

    • Flexible work schedules
    • Holidays

    Pay

    Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00

    Schedule

This position is expected to follow the established on-site work schedule at Fort Detrick. Participation in assigned rotational reach-back coverage may be required outside normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

We should not include Security Clearance Requirement None line; it's covered in Requirements (eligibility) and Skills (active clearance). The note "Security Clearance Requirement None" is contradictory? Actually posting says "Security Clearance Requirement None" maybe meaning no clearance required? But earlier they said eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. The note says None; but we can ignore as it's likely a mistake; but we should not invent. We could include a short p: "Security Clearance Requirement: None". However that would be contradictory to earlier requirement. Since we must preserve ALL substantive information, we should include it if it's in the posting. Let's locate: after "What Desired Skills You’ll Bring Experience ... An active Secret security clearance." Then "Compliance Note ..." then "Security Clearance Requirement None". Then "This position is part of our Federal Solutions team." So there is a line "Security Clearance Requirement None". That is substantive: says no clearance required. But earlier they said eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. This is contradictory; but we must preserve both. So we need to include that statement somewhere. Perhaps under Requirements as a note. We could add a

after Requirements: "Security Clearance Requirement: None". But that would conflict with earlier requirement; but we just preserve. Thus add a

    after Requirements maybe:

    Security Clearance Requirement: None

. Or incorporate into Requirements as a list item? Better as a short paragraph. We must not create sections with filler; this is a short paragraph, fine. Thus after Requirements

    Requirements

    we have the
      then a

      Security Clearance Requirement: None

      . Now check for
