Senior Billing/Collections Specialist (Contract)

Location: Foster City, CAPosition Type: Full-Time We're seeking an experienced Sr. Billing & Collections Specialist to join a growing accounting team. This position will be responsible for supporting day-to-day billing and collections activities, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and helping drive timely resolution of outstanding balances. This role is hybrid in Foster City, CA and can pay up to $50/hr. NetSuite or SaaS experience is nice to have! Key ResponsibilitiesManage billing and collections for assigned customer accountsPrepare and issue accurate customer invoicesMonitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivablesResearch and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issuesCommunicate professionally with customers regarding past-due balancesApply and reconcile customer paymentsMaintain accurate billing and collection recordsPartner with Accounting and internal teams to resolve account issuesAssist with month-end activities and AR reconciliations as neededQualifications3+ years of billing, collections, or accounts receivable experienceStrong understanding of billing and collection processesExcellent follow-up, communication, and organizational skillsStrong Excel skills and experience working with accounting/ERP systemsComfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
