Senior Bid Manager (MicroE)

About the role

The position can be remote. This individual can work anywhere in North America. You will be responsible for guiding and driving a bid team to create a winning and executable solution, in partnership with our sales team. Your engagement spans the sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract signature and project handover.

Responsibilities

• Leading a Bid Team consisting of individuals performing functions such as Application Engineering, Process Design, Sourcing, Contract Management, and others to ensure all elements of the offer are aligned with our strategic intent
• Lead end-to-end proposal development from RFP planning through final submission.
• Facilitate strategy discussions, kick-off meetings, and regular rhythm calls to guide teams toward a unified, competitive proposal approach.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules and responsibility assignments to ensure complete and timely fulfillment of all requirements
• Conduct thorough compliance reviews of all proposal
