Description
- Manage end-to-end administration of health & welfare plans and 401(k)
- Act as primary point of contact for employee benefits queries
- Oversee leave of absence (LOA) processes, including maternity and statutory leave programs (NY/NJ focus)
- Partner with HR Business Partners and managers on LOA administration
- Handle benefits billing and invoicing processes
- Support and deliver the annual open enrollment cycle
Profile
- Proven experience in U.S. benefits administration within a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of LOA programs, particularly NY and NJ family and sick leave regulations
- Experience managing open enrollment cycles
- Familiarity with PlanSource and/or working with benefits brokers (e.g., Mercer) is highly preferred
- Ability to operate independently in a lean team environment
