Responsibilities
- Design and implement measurement strategies aligned with business outcomes
- Translate capabilities into success metrics and KPIs
- Build ROI models to quantify impact and support sales strategies
- Conduct advanced data analysis to identify causal signals and outcome drivers
- Develop compelling data narratives for executive insights
- Ensure clients recognize and realize their investment value
- Hold scientific rigor and ethics in all analytics work
Qualifications
- PhD with 7+ years in behavioral science or related field (e.g., business, organizational leadership)
- Domain expertise in behavioral science AND HR, particularly in Talent Development
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience in identifying business challenges and applying business acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in storytelling
- Proficient in quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- Agility in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
