Responsibilities
- Provide behavior analytic interventions to children with autism spectrum disorder
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and data collection to inform intervention strategies
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support child development
- Advocate for evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement
Requirements
- BCBA certification or in progress
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

Pay
Competitive guaranteed first-year compensation of $96,000-$101,900, with uncapped bonuses and signing/relocation bonuses.
