About the role
The Senior BCBA at MeBe is a key member of the team responsible for mentoring and developing new BCBAs, ensuring clinical excellence, and maintaining high standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Meet weekly billable requirement of 22.5 hours consistently
- Conduct initial assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload
- Support the team to ensure clinical metrics are met
- Provide 10% supervision
- Offer 1 hour/month of parent training
- Observe cases and provide feedback to BCBAs to improve client progress
- Participate in monthly leadership development trainings and step in during Site Director's absence
- Develop communication and feedback strategies
- Manage clinic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Handle clinic crises
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum of 3 years, post-certification, experience as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA for external applicants
- Minimum of 1 year, post-certification, experience as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA for internal applicants
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
- Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
