Pay

• $96,000-$101,900 /year guaranteed first year compensation
• Uncapped monthly bonus plan that allows for higher earning potential
• Signing bonus / paid relocation available

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services
• Work with passionate, like-minded professionals
• Participate in sensory-friendly community events, Special Olympics, local partnerships, and more
• Supervise and mentor future BCBAs (if desired)
• Shape programs and practices through your input

Requirements

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress—we welcome new grads!)
• Passion to help children with autism and their families thrive
