This is a great opportunity to work with top bankruptcy professionals on some of the nation’s largest Chapter 11s. An ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in bankruptcy post-confirmation trusts, preference actions, and fraudulent transfers. Must be passionate about a career in bankruptcy litigation. The culture at the firm is great, with very little turnover. It is big on work life balance and doesn’t have a billables expectation. The position is offered as remote, and most attorneys at the firm work remotely.
