SkyWater Search is partnering with a national bankruptcy boutique law firm to add a Senior Bankruptcy Trust Attorney to its busy practice. This is a great opportunity to work with top bankruptcy professionals on some of the nation’s largest Chapter 11s.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in bankruptcy post-confirmation trusts, preference actions, and fraudulent transfers
- Must be passionate about a career in bankruptcy litigation
