This position serves as the first point of contact for financial‑center clients, uncovering personal banking needs of individual and small‑business customers, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists. The role involves deepening client relationships, supporting self‑service or transactional activities, and delivering exceptional client care through proactive outbound calls and consistent follow‑up.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams to provide consumer and small‑business solutions, services, and strategies based on clients’ personal banking needs and life priorities.
  • Assist, educate, and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self‑service technologies.
  • Leverage resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and ensure operational excellence and accuracy.
  • Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines when opening accounts, performing account maintenance, and handling Digital Assisted Shopping.
  • Manage client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented, client‑centric environment.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Effective collaboration skills and ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
  • Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver experiences that improve clients' financial lives.
  • Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging clients in person and by phone.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity, and adjust to changing circumstances.
  • Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients' needs.
  • Effective time‑management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Commissioned notary status or ability to obtain a notary commission in the state of employment within a few months of start date (timeframe varies by location).
  • Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours, with potential scheduling at any financial‑center location within a reasonable distance.

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Retail and/or sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment.
  • Experience in environments with individual or team goals that were routinely met or exceeded.
  • Familiarity with financial information, spreadsheets, and basic financial skills.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and experience using laptop technology.

Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Schedule

1st shift (United States of America), 40 hours per week. Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and may be scheduled at any financial‑center location within a reasonable distance.
