Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to provide consumer and small‑business solutions, services, and strategies to financial‑center clients.
• Assist, educate, and train clients on simple transactions using self‑service technologies.
• Leverage resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
• Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines for day‑to‑day activities such as opening accounts, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping.
• Manage client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients while complying with all regulatory requirements.
• Proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and conduct consistent follow‑up routines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented, client‑centric environment.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
• Effective collaboration skills and ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
• Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver experiences that improve clients' financial lives.
• Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging clients in‑person and by phone.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity, and adjust to changing circumstances.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective time‑management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Commissioned notary or ability to obtain a notary commission within a few months of start date (timeframe varies by state).
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours and be scheduled at any financial‑center location within a reasonable distance.

Desired Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience working in a financial center with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Retail and/or sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment.
• Experience in environments with individual or team goals that were routinely met or exceeded.
• Familiarity with financial information, spreadsheets, and basic financial skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and experience using laptop technology.
