Senior Baker

What You’ll Do

• Cook and create delicious baked goods
• Coordinate and/or supervise daily production of baked goods
• Participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items/products/menu
• Ensure portion and inventory control
• Produce pastry/dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines as directed
• Attend work and show up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Perform other duties as assigned and may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
